SECTION A: General FAQ

(1) Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Answer: As our prices are based on quantity discounts we do not offer a flat wholesale price. The lowest price is available when ordering the largest quantity of a product. This benefits apply to online purchase only for the moment and selected products (more will be added from time to time).

(2) Can I combine colors for a quantity discount?

Answer: Our pricing is per item number and colors of the same style cannot be combined for the price breaks.

(3) Is there any discount for purchase above certain amount?

Answer: No.

(4) Is there a minimum order?

Answer: No, you can order any quantity.

(1) Why should i purchase online at the first place? Do i enjoy any discount?

Answer: Shopping online is extremely convenient. You save your valuable traveling Time, Petrol, Parking Fees and Toll Fees.

(2) I'm a newbie to online shopping, can you teach me how to start shopping online?

Answer: Online shopping is just as easy as you were shopping in local Hypermarket like Giant or Carrefour. We would suggest you to read the following:

(3) How do i trust you that you are a Genuine Swarovski Crystal Beads supplier?

Answer: We give you a 14 days money back guaranteed, NO QUESTION ASK if you are not satisfy with our products.

(4) How long will you take to process my order?

Answer: Your order will normally be shipped out within 1 - 2 working days. Tracking number will be advised once we have shipped out your goods.

(5) What method do you use for shipping?

Answer: For local orders, we use either Pos Laju or Pos Express only. For international orders, we use Registered Air Mail only.

(6) What are your shipping rates?

Answer: For domestic orders, we charge a flat rate (no weight limit) of RM5 for orders ship to West Malaysia and RM7.50 to East Malaysia. For international orders, shipping rates are determined by method preferred and actual weight, to be advised after you have checked out your order.

(7) What happens if an item is out of stock?

Answer: If an item is not in stock when you order, you offer you the option to refund or replace with similar item by asking your permission before shipping out your goods.

(8) What shall i do if i don't receive my goods after you have shipped out our goods?

Answer: Tracking number will be advised once we have shipped out your goods. For tracking purpose, you may visit POS Malaysia official website or call the service center nearest to your area. You may found their contact number at their website too.

(9) Can I combine 2 or more orders to save shipping charges?

Answer: Yes, but please do not submit too many different orders that consists of only 1 or 2 products per order. Please write in the Order Form to let us know that you request for combine shipping.

(10) Is there any extra charges if I make payment via Paypal?

Ans: Yes there is service charge and also currency conversion charges by bank.
